to actually talk to someone.

8 April 1999 testimony:

Dear Sir,

Having made contact with your agency in a first stage of acquiring property, I have not had the pleasure to make your acquaintance, as market fate would have it and my wife’s persistance enabled us to proceed to our acquisition without having to resort to professional help.

Nevertheless, I wanted to tell you how fully pleased we were with Mr Luca’s assistance over the period we called upon his services: his professionalism, his availability and his valuable knowledge of things do both him and your agency credit

Even though we are fully satisfied with our purchase, we regret no transaction rewarded such professionalism: so I thought it relevant to tell you how we feel, our extensive search with multiple agencies entitling us to give an astute opinion.
